These Mobile Terms apply to the Odor Crush text message program (the "Program"), in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. What You're Signing Up For

When you join the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Odor Crush at the mobile number you provide. These may include order and shipping updates, special offers, discounts, and product news.

2. Consent

You join by entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, for example at checkout or in a sign-up form. Your consent is not required to buy anything. You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder's permission.

3. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Odor Crush does not charge for the Program.

4. How to Stop Messages

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive one confirmation message, and then no more messages unless you sign up again. You can also opt out by contacting us.

5. Help

6. Carriers and Delivery

The Program is available on most major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery can depend on your carrier, device, and coverage, and isn't guaranteed.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.

8. Privacy

We use your mobile number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

9. Changes

We may change or end the Program or these Mobile Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above shows when these terms last changed.
